Cover Supervisor – Blandford, Dorset
Are you passionate about education and looking for work within the education sector? We’re seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to support a local secondary school with day-to-day cover.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You’ll manage classroom behaviour, ensure students stay on task, and provide a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups of students
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
4. A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
