Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
* Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
* Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established standards and schedules.
* Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
* Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment.
* Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services.
* Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with management to develop and update cleaning protocols and procedures.
* Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
