The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls and supporting strategic financial decision-making. This role is a key link between day-to-day finance operations and senior leadership within a busy, fast-moving construction environment. This is a hands-on role in a small, close-knit team where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will need a practical mindset and a good sense of humour—alongside strong technical ability. Construction isn’t always polished and neither is the environment, so the ability to stay calm, keep things moving, and not take yourself too seriously will go a long way.
