Are you ready to lead and shape exceptional client relationships in the pensions administration sector? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Client Relations to join our team and drive our client relationship strategy to new heights.
As the Head of Client Relations, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to trustee boards, corporate clients, and advisers. You’ll lead a high-performing team of Client Executives, ensuring proactive communication, strategic partnership, and exceptional governance. Acting as the senior escalation point, you’ll influence service improvements and collaborate closely with operations to ensure top-tier delivery.
How you'll make an impact
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a client relationship strategy that positions us as a trusted partner to trustees and employers.
* Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Client Executives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights and ensuring service excellence.
* Governance & Risk Management: Champion client advocacy, oversee governance structures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Commercial Acumen: Support contract renewals, fee reviews, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
* Innovation & Improvement: Drive advancements in client experience through digital tools, automation, and service redesign.
About You
* Extensive experience in pensions administration or consultancy with significant client-facing responsibilities.
* Proven leadership skills in managing client-facing teams.
* Strong knowledge of DB and/or DC pensions legislation and governance.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
* Commercial acumen and a track record of managing service escalations effectively.
* Desirable Skills
o Experience in digital client engagement or transformation projects.
o Knowledge of industry developments like dashboards, GMP equalisation, and de-risking activities.
