An opportunity has arisen for a Store Person within Main Stores Phase 3 Theatre.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a safe working environment.
2. Order, accept, deliver, receipt, and put away stores received into the Theatre department.
3. Use initiative to maintain appropriate stock levels for efficient service delivery.
4. Respond to urgent requests for stock/non-stock items due to high demand.
5. Support all site users, including anaesthetics, nursing, and admin & clerical staff, in delivering a smooth, caring service.
6. Participate in relevant training and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Professional, motivated, and committed to quality, teamwork, and customer service.
2. Ability to organise and manage workload effectively.
3. Effective communication skills within a team.
4. Good basic IT skills (Word & Excel); knowledge of Pecos and Genesis systems is an advantage but full training will be provided.
