Architect – South West London
We are seeking a qualified Architect to join our multidisciplinary consultancys South West London team. Our practice, located in the outskirts of the city, consists of approximately 200 professionals across the UK who deliver projects in healthcare, education, residential, and retail.
The South West London team has around 20 professionals and offers a collaborative environment for architects, technologists, and surveyors to work closely together on projects from early design through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside a multi‑disciplinary team to develop design and technical solutions.
* Support planning applications, technical packages, and construction information.
* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Qualifications
* Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent).
* Experience working across RIBA stages, ideally with strong technical exposure.
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
* Reside within a commutable distance of South West London.
Location and Compensation
Outskirts of South West London – Agile & Hybrid working.
Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience.
