Phoenix Care Staff are looking for compassionate, experienced, committed Senior Care Assistants to provide exceptional person-centred care to vulnerable adults in our residential, nursing and supported living settings.

Responsibilities
* Assessing and monitoring patients’ needs
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff
* Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
* Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Qualifications
* 12 months UK experience and a NVQ level 3 in health and social care is required for this role
* Online mandatory training if no proven certificates
