Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager at K D BUILDING SOLUTIONS LIMITED, located in Killingworth. The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual terms, managing vendor relationships, handling disputes, and maintaining comprehensive records of all contracts. Additionally, the Contract Manager will monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
* Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
* Understanding of contract management processes and best practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Proficiency with contract management software and tools is an advantage
* Experience in the construction or building industry is a must
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential
