Responsibilities
* Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be the company's trusted HR partner by providing guidance to the senior management on all aspects of the HR remit across all company sites including business change, employee relations, engagement and talent management.
* Assist in devising and cultivating the company's culture to embody the organisation's values.
* Create and implement talent management processes to optimize recruitment methods and onboarding processes.
* Identify skills gaps within the workforce, coach upcoming management officials and participate in the devising L and D initiatives.
* Revise performance and engagement processes to prioritise employee wellbeing and support available.
Requirements
* Possesses extensive HR Generalist experience within a multi-site business
* Proven experience leading on complex ER cases, restructurings and redundancies
* Skilled in talent management, research and development and learning/development
* Proficient in understanding UK employment law
* Desirable to have experience with Trade Unions
