We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities on a 3-month contract. You’ll play an important role in ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, helping maintain smooth operations across accounts payable, receivable, and general finance administration.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the accounts payable inbox.
* Routing invoices for approval.
* Processing purchase invoices and employee expenses.
* Reconciling supplier statements and following up on outstanding items.
* Assisting with general ledger maintenance for customers and vendors.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and filing documentation.
* Supporting month-end closing processes.
* Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

The essentials:
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience working with accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) would be an advantage.
* Strong numeracy and accuracy skills.
