Overview
2026 Graduate Programme - Energy - Asset Management and Advisory at WSP in the UK & Ireland. We are recruiting graduates for our Asset Management and Advisory team within Energy, with a flexible approach and a desire to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will work in a collaborative environment on a diverse range of clients and projects.
Power Generation and Power Systems roles are available in London, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester or Glasgow.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day activities in Power Generation and Power Systems projects, including asset integrity, reliability, and lifecycle considerations.
* Supporting asset integrity assessments using digital tools for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
* Assisting in developing data-driven maintenance and inspection strategies.
* Contributing to technical reports, risk assessments, client presentations, proposals, and business development support.
* Learning to use specialist software for asset diagnostics, modelling, and digital twin development.
* Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the UK and internationally.
* Participating in site visits, inspections and stakeholder engagements.
* Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, materials and regulatory standards.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate
* Graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master’s degree in a relevant subject.
* Ability to complete the application form in full, including all specific questions, and complete online skill enabler assessment.
* Available to start in April or September 2026.
* Passion for engineering and a desire to work in engineering, infrastructure, and with digital tools.
* Creativity, problem-solving drive, and willingness to share new ideas.
* Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and adapt to dynamic project environments.
