Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in various office software and phone systems is essential.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and support.
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
* Assist with customer support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
* Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Experience in office management or administrative roles is an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
* Typing proficiency with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
