Wraparound Care Administrator
Salary: Scale 5 points 12-15 £32,533 - £33,985 full time (pro-rata £9,553 to £9,979) depending upon experience
Working hours: 12 hours per week (9:00am to 12:00pm Monday to Thursday), 40 weeks per year
Contract term: Permanent

JOB OVERVIEW
St Mary’s CE Primary School and its governors wish to appoint a highly organised and self-motivated Administrator to join this outstanding School. They will work closely with our in-house wraparound care providers, SMASH, and within the admin team.
Following the launch of our new wraparound care provision, the Administrator will perform many of the administrative tasks involved with the day-to-day running of SMASH. This will include, but not be limited to, responding to enquiries, booking children on to the club, and carrying out monthly invoicing. The Administrator will assist with the smooth running of the provision and must have excellent organisational, communication and ICT skills. The ideal candidate will also have recent experience of working in an office environment.
