Job Details
This role requires a Service & Repair Engineer to support British Gas' Service Promise, ensuring customers receive timely assistance and same‑day fixes. The engineer will represent British Gas in customers' homes, working closely with managers, mentors, and colleagues to deliver reliable gas supply and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
* Inspect, maintain and repair gas boilers and heating systems.
* Provide same‑day service fixes for customers.
* Work with managers and mentors to uphold service standards.
* Represent British Gas at customer locations.
Qualifications
* Experience with various boilers and heating systems.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to travel to customer locations.
Compensation
Base Salary £45,483 with up to £6.2k London weighting allowance, allowing an uncapped OTE of £62,640 (including LWA). A sign‑on bonus of £10,000 is offered.
