About the roleThe Re-installation & Install Engineer is responsible for executing IT hardware re-installation and new installations across designated areas of a branch site. This includes setting up monitor screens on newly supplied arms, installing ID scanners, network printers, and configuring customer-facing areas such as Tech Bars and Self-Service Rooms. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, accurate documentation, and effectivemunication with the project team. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Re-install IT equipment on the Ground Floor:1x Quiet Room (Quiet Room 2): Install monitor screens onto newly supplied monitor arms.2x Counter Positions2x Admin Positions1x ID Scanner1x Network Printer (Admin)
2. Re-install IT equipment on the First Floor:4x Quiet Rooms: Install monitor screens onto newly supplied monitor arms.1x ID Scanner1x Network Printer (outside upstairs offices)
3. Install new equipment on the Ground Floor:1x Customer Self-Service Room1x Tech Bar (may require tablet – to be confirmed)Install 1x Kensington lock for Tech Bar
4. Ensure all monitor arms (supplied by the property) are correctly fitted and screens securely mounted.
5. Fill storage boxes per position for removal from site.
6. Wear full PPE at all times, especially on dmissioned or construction sites:Hard hatHigh-visibility jacketSteel-cap bootsGogglesGlovesNose mask
7. Review and understand all documentation provided via email prior to the site visit.
8. Carry a hard copy of the ‘Sign-off Sheet’ and ensure it ispleted onsite.
9. Notify the project team upon arrival and again uponpletion of work (including out-of-hours tasks).
10. Adapt to varying site conditions, including those under construction or not fully operational.

12. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

14. Physical capability to handle and move equipment safely.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
