Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum with Monday to Friday working hours!
Position: Regional Executive Head Chef based in Edinburgh with periodic travel.
Join a newly structured team overseeing a flagship operation in Edinburgh, encompassing Retail, Hospitality, Hotel, and Fine Dining sectors. The retail arm includes a modern restaurant, premium sandwich concept, and beverage bar. The hospitality sector features a 70-bedroom hotel, a 300-capacity conference centre, and multiple hospitality locations with breakout areas. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Executive Head Chef with a background in high-quality food catering services to lead our team at a prestigious corporate setting. Your role involves working closely with your teams to foster strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. You should possess excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills, along with a passion for food and service, and a high level of enthusiasm.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a multi-site or regional capacity responsible for all food-related matters.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach, capable of investing in team development.
* A passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food, and innovative menu creation driven by excellence.
* Financial acumen, including GP calculation, and strong IT literacy.
* Outgoing, vibrant personality with a passion for food and customer service.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable in both corporate and creative food environments.
* Robust Health & Safety knowledge.
* Creative, innovative, and driven by a pursuit of excellence.
