In this exciting role, you will:
* Driving the business’s strategy, driving profitable growth in the D2C channel and building brand recognition.
* Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, and lead the business strategy for customer segmentation and CRM.
* Work closely with other senior leaders and the Operational Board to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
* Lead and mentor an innovative team of marketing and digital professionals.
Essential requirements for this role include:
* An experienced dynamic, results-driven marketing leader, bringing a strong blend of digital marketing and brand marketing experience,
* A proven track record of delivering profitable revenue growth through customer-centric strategies and digital transformation, within a digital or omnichannel business.
* Hands-on leadership experience across customer acquisition, CRM, and brand marketing, gained in a high-growth environment.
* Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams of over 20 people, managing complex projects, and ensuring alignment across departments to deliver impactful outcomes.
