Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design and delivery of engineering solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Communicate technical information clearly to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
* Contribute to project delivery within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
* Support adherence to Belcan's Quality Management System and safety practices.
What We're Looking For
* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Aerospace Engineering, Naval Architecture, Aeronautical Engineering or similar.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
* Awareness of health, safety, and environmental considerations in engineering design.
