🔧 Field Services Manager – Fire Damper Remedials📍 London (Hybrid – Site / Office / Home)💰 £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Vehicle🕒 Full-Time | Permanent

We’re working with a leading fire safety compliance provider seeking a Field Services Manager to oversee remedial works on fire dampers across commercial and residential sites.

This role is ideal for:✅ A current manager in the fire damper industry✅ Or an experienced lead engineer ready to step up

What you'll be doing:• Managing field engineers and coordinating remedial works• Ensuring compliance with fire safety standards (e.g. BS 9999, HTM 03-01)• Conducting site visits, quality checks, and supporting client relationships• Interpreting inspection reports to plan and deliver remedial actions• Leading with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

What we're looking for:• Background in fire damper inspection, installation, or remedial work• NVQ Level 3 (Ventilation Installation or similar)• Strong leadership and communication skills• Understanding of RAMS, H&S protocols, and relevant standards• Full UK driving licence
