The role of a Dispatch Co-ordinator is an integral role reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. Previous experience in a dispatch role would be a distinct advantage, although transferable skills will be considered on an individual basis. We would expect candidates to have an interest in supply chain management and production.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all vehicles are loaded on time and all required checks are completed according to the process.
2. Collaborate with management and sales teams to develop and agree upon the dispatch schedule.
3. Generate accurate and timely reports on various topics, including KPIs and stock levels, as requested.
