Senior Field IT Support Engineer
As a Senior Field IT Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on. You will be supporing multiple sites locally to Harlow.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.
Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.
You will have:
* Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an Education / School environment (Ideally)
* Experience in working to SLA’s .
* Experience of field support across multi-sites.
* 1st, 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
* Experience in supporting key stakeholders
* Experience in budgeting
* Team leadership experience (ideally)
* A valid UK Driving License.

* MS Office / O365
* Azure Support
* MS Intune
* User support
* Windows Server
* Active Directory / AD
* MS Exchange
* Firewalls
* Network Support
