We are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our excellent supply agency and work in SEND and mainstream schools across Northumberland. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive, structured learning environment where young people can succeed. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about supporting pupils in building self-regulation, social skills, and confidence. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students develop positive coping strategies and re-engage with their learning. A qualification in Team Teach or Positive Behaviour Support would be desirable.
