Are you an experienced FM Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career with a company that values quality, safety, and people? WPS is seeking a proactive and driven A/C Qualified Supervisor (FM) to join our team, covering a portfolio of sites across Southern England.

💼 About the Role

As a Supervisor within our Facilities Management division, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of public sector and commercial properties. You’ll lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day FM operations across multiple sites
2. Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
3. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams
4. Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks
5. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence
6. Support the delivery of KPIs and contractual obligations
7. Maintain accurate records and reporting via CAFM systems
8. Approver for AC Compliance paperwork from our portfolio’s

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone with:

9. Proven experience in a supervisory role within FM or building maintenance
10. Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
12. A full UK driving licence (essential)
13. Relevant trade qualifications or FM certifications (essential) Fgas cat 1 & Level 2 or equivalent refrigerant trade qualifications
