People Solutions are currently recruiting a Driver’s Mate on behalf of our client based in Lanark. This is an immediate start opportunity offering guaranteed full-time hours and the chance to secure a permanent position for reliable candidates.
Location
* Lanark — you must be able to drive and have your own transport due to early start times
Shifts & Hours
* Monday to Friday
* Start times can be as early as 4:00am
* Job & finish role
* Guaranteed 48 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour

The Role
* Assisting drivers with deliveries to customer's homes
* Loading and unloading products safely (heavy lifting involved)
* Supporting with route completion and paperwork
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements
* Must drive and have access to your own transport
* Able to travel to Lanark for early morning starts
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Training & Compliance
* Site assessment prior to start
* Assessment and manual handling training provided
* Drug and alcohol test required before starting
