Business Administration Officer
£28k-£30k per annum DOE, plus benefits
Wakefield/Hybrid (1 day per week)
Full Time, Monday to Friday, Permanent
Concept Recruitment are working with our Wakefield city centre based client to recruit an experienced Business Administration Officer on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is offering:
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based with 1 day WFH
* 23 days holiday entitlement in addition to statutory holidays
* 1 paid volunteering day per year
* 3% contributory pension scheme
* Contribution to daily parking charges
* Discretionary bonus, based on personal and company performance
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer focussed specialist commercial consultancy providing effective, high quality administration, organisational and operational support to the business.
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* Administrative and operational support
* Customer, client and stakeholder liaison
* Social media management
* Project and service delivery
* Business systems and process management
You will need:
* Strong administrative experience in a business, consultancy or public-sector environment
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR
* Ability to use social media to assist the senior leadership in building the company profile
* Ability to use initiative to organise and coordinate company events
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A flexible approach and commitment to meet demanding deadlines
