Hadlow Saplings Preschool & Day Nursery are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic, friendly team in our busy and nurturing setting.
About the Role (Full Time)
* Full-time, permanent position based in our Preschool Room.
* 4-day working week (Monday off)
* Minimum 38 hours per week
* Shifts between 7:45am – 6:00pm
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 considered)
* Experience working in a nursery setting
* A genuine passion for child development
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* A team player with a flexible and positive approach
* Someone who is motivated, reliable, and caring
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Planning and delivering engaging activities to support children’s learning and development
* Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
* Building strong relationships with parents and carers
* Creating a safe, secure and stimulating environment
* Working collaboratively with the team
Salary From £25,944.88 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
We’re Hiring – Baby Room Nursery Practitioner (Part Time)
About the Role (Part Time)
* Part-time, permanent position
* 3 days per week (28.75 hours)
* 4 days per week (34.25 hours)
* Shifts between 7:45am – 6:00pm
* Working with babies in a nurturing, supportive environment
You will play an important role in providing high-quality care and early education, supporting children’s development both indoors and outdoors.
