Job Description Job title: Account Handler – Sports & Entertainment Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: London PURPOSE OF ROLE We are working with a Lloyds Broker who are looking to grow their entertainment team and are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join their London team. The role offers the opportunity to work with a mix of clients across the sports & entertainment industry and provide high-quality account management, technical support, and administrative expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Account Executives with a full account management function Handle the administration of new and existing business Deal with a mix of Commercial risks including Commercial Combined, Management Liability, Travel, Event Cancellation, and Non-appearance policies. Process renewals, MTAs, and client enquiries accurately and efficiently. Evaluate and document processes for a varied client portfolio. Assist team members throughout the policy lifecycle to ensure exceptional client service. Maintain compliance with company and FCA regulations. Manage professional development through ongoing training and collaboration with your line manager. DAY-TO-DAY Work closely with brokers and clients to manage insurance placements and renewals. Prepare and maintain accurate policy documentation and correspondence. Liaise with underwriters to ensure timely completion of quotations and endorsements. Ensure all records are updated in line with company procedures. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues across the team, division, and company. SKILLS Minimum of 5 years’ commercial insurance experience. Ideally have knowledge of a range of Commercial risks including Commercial Combined Knowledge of Acturis system is essential Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills. High attention to detail with proven operational and administrative experience.
