Senior Marketing Executive Warwick (Hybrid) – Full Time – Permanent About the role: We’re looking for a driven and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to lead the execution and performance tracking of integrated B2B marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in promoting our products and services to a wide range of B2B audiences including installers, specifiers, contractors, facilities managers, commercial end users, and property developers. On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for, but not limited to: In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives that deliver real impact. You’ll be responsible for: Developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns across direct marketing, PR, content, social media, sales enablement tools, events, telemarketing, and research, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Creating data and insight-led marketing plans that are customer-focused and results-driven. Monitoring and evaluating campaign effectiveness, including digital performance, pricing guides, and promotional content, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to ensure alignment, consistency, and collaboration across all activity. Leading stakeholder engagement across the business to align on goals and develop targeted marketing plans. Ensuring marketing activity remains consistent with technical, legal, and brand standards by working closely with internal teams. Managing relationships with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget. Administering budgets in line with internal policies, raising POs, invoice matching, and accruals. Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure our messaging stays sharp and relevant. Collaborating with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce visually engaging, multimedia-rich marketing assets. To be successful in your application you’ll need: You have solid experience in a marketing role and are confident leading campaigns from planning through to performance analysis. You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal and exceptionally organised with an eye for detail.
