The job is to pick and grade soft fruits ( Strawberries and Raspberries mainly), plant Strawberries and Raspberries, do associated Husbandry
Work for example, Weeding, Leaf Trimming, Tunnel Work and many other jobs associated with growing Soft Fruit.
APPLICANTS MUST BE OVER 18 and PHYSICALLY FIT
APPLICANTS MUST BE PREPARED TO START WORK FROM 4:30 am DURING THE ACTUAL PICKING SEASON, MOST DAYS WORK IS AVAILABLE FOR 8 HRS
FARM WORKS 7 DAYS A WEEK, HOWEVER YOU WILL BE GIVEN AT LEAST ONE DAY A WEEK OFF, THIS IS NOT NESCESSARLY A SATURDAY OR A SUNDAY
ALL WORKERS MUST MEET TARGETS SET FOR THE JOB YOU ARE DOING.
Rates of Pay
£12.21 per hour, overtime (£18.32per hour) is paid after 8 hrs per day or if you work more than 48 hrs per week
Bonus is paid if you do more than targets set.
