Becoming a Service Advisor for Grange Bentley & Lamborghini at Grange Motors, in Royal Tunbridge Wells.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with others and using their solution-driven approach to deliver a world-class experience within our diverse and dynamic Aftersales operation.

You are an ambitious and confident individual who strives to deliver a personalized and memorable guest experience and achieve targets with your unique style.

You can demonstrate an empathic approach with all guests.

You have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment and possess the passion and drive to succeed.

You are proficient with computers, capable of managing processes and compliance requirements, and possess exceptional organizational skills.

You hold a Full Clean UK Driving Licence.

What does a typical day look like?

Every day varies, offering diversity, autonomy, and variety:

* Acting as the liaison between the Guest and the Workshop to ensure smooth operations
* Discussing faults, repairs, and solutions with guests
* Promoting products or services appropriately
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date computerised records
* Supporting dissatisfied guests with solutions, demonstrating a solution-driven approach
* Contributing to the day-to-day operation of the business

A successful Service Advisor will always provide a world-class service, demonstrating excellent Organisation, Communication, and selling skills, and building lasting relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners, while maintaining professionalism and integrity. The role includes opportunities to work on Saturdays on an agreed rota.
