We are seeking genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support. In this role, you'll help individuals gain independence and support them within a dynamic team.
Oak Lodge supports 6 males with mild learning disabilities, helping them access the community, engage in work placements, and develop daily living skills within their shared housing scheme.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals build confidence and independence, whether through daily tasks or going on holidays. We value both experience and the right values in our Support Workers.
