Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in the Fountain Brasserie. You will be supporting the Manager/Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant based in our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and golf courses.
Essentials:
13. Previous experience in a similar role
14. Problem solving skills
15. Ability to remain calm under pressure
16. Team player
Minimum experience required:
17. Awareness of Licencing laws
18. Basic food hygiene level one and level 2
