The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Company Administrator to support our operations, estimating team, project managers and directors. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you will help keep the business running smoothly by providing reliable administration across multiple areas.
You will also help compile Health & Safety files, maintain organised documentation and support procurement, quality and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities
* General administration across all departments
* Managing emails and internal enquiries
* Maintaining tidy and accurate digital/physical files
* Scheduling meetings, appointments and site visits
* Preparing paperwork, reports and correspondence
* Assisting with H&S files and project handover documentation
* Maintaining document templates and checklists
* Supporting procurement (quotes, purchase orders, supplier info)
* Supporting quality/compliance record keeping
* Occasional confidential support for Directors
About You
* Organised, proactive and able to multitask
* Practical, reliable and steady under pressure
* Able to work with different personalities
* A confident communicator
* Willing to learn new systems and processes
* Adaptable and comfortable in a busy, fast‑moving environment
Desirable but not essential:
* Construction admin experience
* Procurement or quality knowledge
* H&S documentation experience
Hours & Pay
* 40 hours per week
* 30‑minute unpaid break each day (37.5 paid hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
