LV/HV Technician
Location: UK Wide (ideally based in the Midlands or South)
Hours: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

We're looking for an LV / HV Technician (Authorised Person) to carry out the safe operation, maintenance and control of electrical systems across our sites, ensuring compliance with legislation, safety rules and operational procedures.
Role Responsibilities
* Operate, maintain and isolate LV and HV electrical systems in line with Authorised Person responsibilities
* Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, following permits to work, switching procedures and risk assessments
* Carry out inspections, fault finding and maintenance to ensure continuity of supply
* Maintain accurate records, logs and compliance documentation
* Act as a technical point of contact, supporting colleagues and contractors on site
Required Qualifications
* Authorised Person (AP) status for LV and/or HV systems
* Relevant electrical qualification (e.g. 18th Edition, HNC)
* Full UK driving licence
What we're looking for
* Proven experience working with LV/HV electrical systems in an operational or facilities environment
* Strong understanding of electrical safety rules, legislation and safe systems of work
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in safety‐critical situations
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and contractors
* A proactive, professional approach with strong attention to detail
