As our Elections Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of all electoral services, from planning and running elections to maintaining an accurate electoral register. You’ll manage a dedicated team, ensure compliance with electoral law, and drive innovation to improve the experience for voters and stakeholders alike.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire the Elections Team to deliver all aspects of electoral services.
* Plan and manage local, regional, and national elections, including staffing, training, and logistics.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, guidance, and statutory deadlines.
* Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the electoral register.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates, agents, and key stakeholders.
* Champion continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
About You
* Proven experience managing electoral services and delivering elections.
* Strong knowledge of electoral law and statutory requirements.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Committed to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
