Brightwork has a great opportunity for Production Operatives to join a busy Fish Processing Factory in Lerwick, Shetland Islands , offering a 6-month contract, consistent hours, and the chance to experience island life while earning. Your Time at Work As a General Operative, your duties include: - Operating processing machinery safely and efficiently - Cleaning and preparing fish to the required standards - Grading products to meet customer specifications - Packing finished goods accurately - Maintaining high product quality standards - Following strict hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures Our Perfect Worker Our ideal General Operative will be: - Reliable with a strong work ethic - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Flexible to work overtime when required - Able to work well as part of a team - Positive with a 'can-do' attitude Due to the type of work, experience is desirable, however full training can be provided.
