A growing UK-based organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Head of IT to take overall responsibility for its IT function and support the next phase of operational and digital maturity. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will provide leadership across IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, systems development, information security, automation, and data. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical engagement, ensuring the organisation’s IT services are resilient, well governed, and aligned with business priorities. The role carries a high degree of autonomy and acts as the central point of ownership for IT services, delivery, and supplier relationships. It offers the opportunity to lead a well-established internal IT capability and continue evolving it into a mature, scalable function, with responsibility for standards, structure, and long-term direction. Due to the nature of the role, this will require a heavy presence on in Norwich, just off the A47.
