We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and compassionate General Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at Grove House Practice. Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide range of conditions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contribute to clinical decision-making, and support continuity of care for patients. The role includes participation in practice meetings, service development, and quality improvement, as well as maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to professional and regulatory standards.

Grove House Practice is a busy and supportive teaching practice based in Runcorn, Cheshire.

* 5 GP Partners
* 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs)
* 5 Practice Nurses
* ARRS roles including Clinical Pharmacist and Mental Health Practitioner
* Dedicated Frailty Team and Community Matron
We care for approximately 15,000 patients.

Job responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services
* Manage a varied clinical caseload in line with GMC and practice standards
* Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
* Contribute to practice development and service improvement
* Support teaching and mentoring where appropriate
* Participate in clinical meetings and daily team discussions
Person Specification
Experience
* Experience working in UK General Practice
* Ability to manage a broad range of clinical conditions
Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with CCT or equivalent
* Registered with the GMC
* Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
