Berry Recruitment is currently seeking an Office Administrator for our new client based in Oxford. The role involves prioritizing tasks throughout the day and adapting to new needs or requests as they arise.
Role Details:
* Position: Office Administrator
* Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
* Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Office Manager, managing daily office operations, and handling your own administrative tasks and customer care. The role requires flexibility in task management.
Key Duties:
* Familiarize with all systems and procedures, including maintaining water hygiene/treatment Logbooks for site visits.
* Collaborate effectively within the Office team.
* Undertake additional tasks that support the organization and your professional growth.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone and email manners.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
* Discretion in handling sensitive information.
* Team player with a proactive attitude.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
* Flexible with a positive attitude.
