Description
As a night porter, based in hotel reception, you will often be the first person to greet guests at a hotel during the early hours. In this job, you would need customer service skills to welcome guests and see to their needs. You should have a smart appearance and always be willing to go above and beyond for our guests. Experience isn't essential. Full training and uniform will be provided.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Advising on hotel facilities
* Taking messages
* Responding to safety and security issues
* Walk around the property for security checks
