Our Associates (typically 3-5 PQE) are responsible for achieving their personal goals, aligned with firm objectives and supporting the development of their junior colleagues. As part of this you'll be able to understand client needs, lead CRM efforts, network, and collaborate for business growth.

Our lawyers work on an array of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. We act for a variety of clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
What you'll need
1. Relevant experience working on corporate M&A and PE transactions
2. Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
3. Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
4. Be self-motivated and willing to learn
5. Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge
6. Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
