Join Our Non-Sales Team – Compliance & Contractor Care Administrator This is a critical and fast-paced role supporting our consultants, contractors, and clients. You’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring compliance, delivering exceptional contractor care, and managing contracts with precision. Core Focus Areas Compliance Coordination: Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant before start dates. Contractor Care: Build relationships through regular check-ins and support. Contract Management: Raise and manage contracts and extensions for clients and contractors. Key Responsibilities as the Compliance & Contractor Care Administrator Draft and issue contracts and Terms of Business. Chase and securely file compliance documents. Set up contractors and clients on our timesheet portal. Conduct welcome and care calls with contractors. Manage the contracts inbox and resolve queries. Liaise with umbrella companies regarding payments. Support payroll processing and invoice chasing. Provide cover for the wider non-sales team when needed.
