YOUR EXPERIENCE:
* We are looking for passionate, adaptable, and collaborative people
* Minimum 3 years’ experience operating CNC machinery
* Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Experience with 3-axis milling machining
* Experience creating job-specific fixturing and clamping
* Ability to edit CNC programmes as needed
* Fanuc experience and machining aluminium preferable
* Skilled in measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, bore micrometers, DTI gauge)
* Preferably some experience with CAD/CAM systems and Haas and/or Mazak machines
* Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
YOUR TASKS:
* Selecting appropriate tooling, setting up, and operating 3-axis CNC milling machines
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Ensuring a "Right First Time" approach and collaborating with the quality team
* Communicating equipment needs with Engineering & Quality managers
* Working on process improvement strategies with Engineering manager/CNC programmer
