Our Depot Managers empower our people to make the right decisions, not necessarily the easy ones. You will be responsible for the operational performance of our warehouse in Fareham, playing an integral part in enabling the best service to be delivered. You will focus on being brilliant by setting and maintaining high standards regarding operational policies, transport legislation, health and safety and people management.
We want our Depot managers to promote a productive and happy environment, you will do this alongside our District and Depot Management team to strengthen our future.
* Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)
