The Programme Benefits Realisation Manager will support major programmes, ensuring benefits are aligned with organisational goals and maximised. You will work closely with programme teams and stakeholders to monitor and report on benefits delivery, establishing effective benefits management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide benefits management support to UKSBS programmes, especially the Matrix and Transformation Programmes.
* Ensure benefits strategies align with organisational vision and change strategies.
* Support business leaders in benefits realisation and maximisation.
* Embed benefits management practices across the organisation.
* Identify, monitor, and report on benefits delivery, ensuring strategic alignment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in benefits realisation management or similar roles within transformation projects.
* Strong knowledge of benefits management principles and tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
