About us
Yeti Digital is a Lancashire-based product studio building FILMD, the collaboration platform for the film industry. We're a small, ambitious team focused on helping filmmakers and crew succeed.
The role
We're looking for a Community Manager to take ownership of FILMD's paid member community. You'll run a simple but effective programme - onboarding new members, running weekly live sessions, facilitating introductions, and reporting the outcomes that matter (activations, applications, interviews).
This role is about member success: helping our filmmakers and crew unlock opportunities faster, keeping them engaged, and showing measurable wins.
What you'll do
* Own the paid member lifecycle: onboarding → activation → engagement → retention
* Source, curate, and post job opportunities from productions, partners, and inbound posters — ensuring briefs meet FILMD's quality bar
* Run weekly community sessions (Brief → Shortlist clinics, peer reviews, workshops)
* Facilitate introductions between members and posters, and track outcomes (intros → interviews)
* Moderate the community feed, uphold tone and quality, and handle escalations
* Collect and translate member feedback into product and ops priorities
* Report core metrics weekly (activation %, DAU/WAU, applications, interviews, churn)
About you
* Proven experience managing or growing a paid/professional online community
* Strong communicator - confident in writing and running live sessions
* Organised and outcome-driven; you close the loop and get results
* Comfortable moderating discussions and supporting members in a professional tone
* Experienced and confident using AI tools (for content drafting, data insights, workflow support)
Nice to have: familiarity with UK film/TV crew roles and workflows.
Benefits
* Hybrid working: Mon–Thu in office (Leyland), Fri WFH
* Flexitime around core hours
* Statutory company pension (auto-enrolment)
* 20 days' holiday plus UK bank holidays
* Casual dress and small-team culture
* New MacBook and modern tools
