About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across the South Coast. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering a strong local commercial plan, securing orders that support business objectives and ensuring Brett Aggregates are the supplier of choice within the region. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – South, you’ll work closely with internal sales, transport and operational teams to deliver results.
About Your Role
* Lead the creation and execution of a local commercial strategy
* Secure orders that align with company objectives and support long‑term growth
* Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customers
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
* Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored, commercially sound solutions
* Work collaboratively with internal sales, distribution, and operational teams

* Experience in a related industry, ideally heavy building materials or aggregates
* A proactive, self‑starter approach with a strong commercial mindset
* The confidence to work independently and take ownership of your territory
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building capability
