Job Description
Role: Sales Estimator (Engineering)
Location: Lancing, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: £30,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Estimator (Engineering) to join one of our growing clients, a well-established engineering company based on the South Coast, in Lancing, West Sussex.

The Requirements:
* Engineering experience
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Prior experience in estimating
* Local to the area
* Enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated
* Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
The Role:
* Work within the Engineering Department
* Liaise with new and existing customers to define and interpret requirements to produce tender documents and/or quotations
* Assess the commercial viability of new and existing products and customers
* Ensure Engineer/Programmers and Manufacturing teams receive accurate information to deliver services and products
* Provide Management Team with updates on the status of quotations and sales
* Develop strong relationships with customers
* Identify new opportunities in new markets
