Academics are recruiting Geography Teachers on behalf of a network of secondary schools across the Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire area.
The Role
* Plan and deliver Geography lessons across KS3 & KS4.
* Teach map skills, case studies, fieldwork and geographical issues.
* Support GCSE preparation and assessment.
* Create a stimulating learning environment that brings the world to life.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for students.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography - essential.
* Experience teaching Geography at a secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Ability to inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
* Confident classroom presence and good organisational skills.
* DBS on update service (or willing to apply).
