You'll be supporting two sites for this heavily matrix organisation - your home office will be based in High Wycombe with regular travel to Leicestershire. You will be the only member of the HR team supporting these sites, so ability to work in an autonomous fashion is necessary! The HR Business Partner will:

Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
